Narrative

Employee was attempting to take a cable off the rib line. The EE lost grip on the cable and the weight of the cable knocked EE into the side of scoop bucket that was parked. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, rules and regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
