Narrative

Employee was attempting to move a piece of steel. The EE hooked up a piece of steel to move it, sheet metal moved pinching right thumb. The cause of this incident was improper body mechanics. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules and regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
