Narrative

Injured miner was working with another miner to replace a nozzle on a pressure washer. Injured miner was replacing the nozzle while another miner was holding the wand. Other miner pulled the trigger accidently and the high-pressure water jet punctured injured miner's right hand requiring ten stitches.
