Narrative

3-man crew was troubleshooting the CKD system for the Kiln. Inspection door was removed from the horizontal rotary feeder to investigate the flow of material. Employee got their hand caught in the rotating equipment. Employee was taken to the local ER and received multiple stitches to the right middle finger.
