I.E. was roof bolting installing their outside bolt.  A piece of black shale fell out between the rib and the canopy measuring 1'x2'x2""Th.  The rock struck them on the right shoulder.  I.E. has continued to work until doctors restrictions took them off on 8-19-2024.
