## Narrative

Miner had been cleaning and inspecting wash plant, which was not in use, when Miner stepped down from the track of the wash plant and rolled an ankle on a rock.  As a precaution Miner was taken to Emergency Room to be x-rayed and was diagnosed as a sprain.
