Narrative

Injured was lifting a track rail to install it on the 4 West CM section and felt pain in lower left abdominal quadrant. Previous surgical repair to hernia on 5/22/22. Strain to abdomen resulted (or aggravated) in left inguinal hernia. No problems with equipment or compliance issues, training or PPE.
