Narrative

Employee placed on work restrictions related to an increasingly worsening skin rash on the top of the employee's feet and shins, causing pain. Employee began first noticing rash about two weeks prior to informing supervisor, was evaluated by occ med with rash monitored, and subsequently given work restrictions by occ Med provider on 9/1/2024.
