Narrative

Employee not wearing gloves using battery powered grinder w/ cut off wheel. The cut off wheel ""Bucked"" off of the steel EE was cutting causing the wheel to contact the RT. hand between the thumb and index finger which resulted in EE receiving 5 sutures.
