## Narrative

Employee was welding bars inside the trommel, using 2x6 boards and 3/4"" plywood to sit on while welding. As the employee attempted to stand up, one of the 2x6 boards broke causing imbalance and resulting in a strained hamstring, and was giving an anti-inflammatory prescription. Employee was returned to full duty.
