## Narrative

EE illness is due to torching & burning metal while dismantling SEP01. EE did not report throat discomfort, coughing & congestion until 9/18/24. On 9/18/24 EE visited the ER & received treatment for acute bronchitis, chest x-rays were negative. Doctor prescribed medication & told employee to follow up with primary doctor. The EE was released back to work with no restrictions.
