Narrative

Employee told us that work boot got caught on the loader ladder, and EE fell to the ground. EE's right foot was hurting. We sent EE to the ER, EE was given x-rays and told EE's right foot was fractured and to follow up with Ortho Dr on Monday 9/23/24.
