Narrative

Miner starting turn into 54 block 1-2 crosscut and had mined enough to install first roof strap. Injured climbed up on the rear bumper and reached over the conveyor tail boom to retrieve roof strap and got pinched between the tail swing jack and the roof bolt tray on the frame of the miner, resulting in two fractures to their pelvis.
