## Narrative

On 9/27/24, employee was tightening 5/8"" bolts with two wrenches when EE felt a sharp pain in the wrist. EE's wrist and hand became swollen. An x-ray revealed EE had a small piece of metal embedded in their hand from a scratch EE received the day before. Medical professionals removed the metal from EE's hand. EE's wrist was only strained.
