Narrative

Employee was changing rollers on the 7 North #1 Belt. Employee was carrying a roller on shoulder. They tossed it off their shoulder to the mine floor but on its way down it hit the belt structure and bounced off and landed on their right foot. No rules or regulations were violated. Missed 1 shift of work due to a contusion on the foot.
