## Narrative

While pulling section feeder out of slope with the slope hoist car the hoist car came off track near 600' mark striking slope rib and causing damage to the empty passenger compartment of the slope car. Unknown exactly why car came off track. No problems with equipment or compliance issues, training or PPE.
