## Narrative

Truck Driver became distracted for a moment while putting trash in their lunch box when hauling 1"" DOT basecourse from the Blackhawk Quarry. Before they knew it the left steer tire was already over the left berm embankment as they were exiting the pit just before the scale. Resulting in the truck and pup to roll onto its left side.
