EE was preparing to use a gas powered pressure washer to wash mobile equipment. EE was holding the pressure washer's gun/hose. Co-worker was assisting by cranking up the gas powered engine on the pressure washer. Upon being energized, pressurized water struck EE's left hand where in contact with the gun's hose.
