Employee was operating continuous miner when a rock measuring 23"" long X 18"" wide X 3.5"" thick dislodged from the top striking EE in the left shoulder. Employee initially sought medical treatment and was released to return to work. Employee went to a follow-up appointment on 10/31/2024 where EE was placed off work for physical therapy treatment.
