## Narrative

Employee was bolting off the right side of the miner when EE was pushing a bolt up and the plate shifted. EE then reached up to adjust the plate but was still pushing the bolt up causing EE to pin EE's hand between the plate and the strap. EE had skin abrasions on EE's hand.
