Narrative

Employee was helping unload a pipe car on the end of C-4 Track (#4 Section), XC #43, and while pulling pipe off the pipe car the pile of pipe broke loose and a 6"" metal pipe fell and struck employee on the left ankle/lower leg causing a fracture to the left ankle.
