The employee was pre-shifting when they noticed an air pump wasn't pumping. While traveling the 6"" line toward the pump to determine the problem they lost their balance. As employee was falling to the ground they reached their arms behind them to catch their fall and in the process received an apparent dislocation of the left shoulder.
