Narrative

Employee was pulling a new hydraulic hose out of the back of EE's service truck that still had plastic on it. EE took EE's gloves off before handling the hose so EE could rip the plastic off of it. When EE pulled the hose EE felt a sharp pain in EE's left index finger. When EE looked EE had about a 1 inch laceration on the end of EE's index finger
