## Narrative

Employee was pulling a 2"" hose, 50' long to wash out sand from under the tail pulley on #14 belt.  EE's back began to hurt after. On 12/06/24 it still hurt, and EE reported EE wanted to go to the doctor where EE was diagnosed with a lower back strain & placed on restricted duty.
