## Narrative

Bolter operator was trying to remove a rock approx. 2'x3'x3"" from the inside of the right-hand boom and the ATRS frame by hand. Operator was lifting and pushing at the same time when the rock broke, causing the operator to lunge forward and strike EE's right forearm against the rock, creating an avulsion Approx. 2.5""x3.5"".
