## Narrative

EE was installing NI-Hard liners inside of a chute. the liner EE was handling slipped from EE's hands, instinctively EE reached out to grab it and it struck the tip of EE's right middle finger pinching it between the chute wall and the liner. This resulted in a fractured fingertip and sutures were required as well.
