## Narrative

While pulling up bolter slack, employee felt a sharp pain in lower back. Employee continued to work up until 01/07/2025 when the employee began missing work.  After investigation, it was discovered employee has been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and stenosis in the L5-S1 area.
