Narrative

Employee was moving a 17"" by 17"" piece of broken shell liner (discharge liner) to place lifting sling around for removal. The Liners weight came over center, the injured reached for the liner, grabbed a sharp edge and cut EE's right palm area. The liner cut through the TIG welding glove. Cut was approx 2 inches in length
