## Narrative

Employee was stacking 8x8xRandom tumbled material.  While an employee was stacking the rocks, one slipped catching employee's index finger and smashing it and almost tore it completely off.  The remaining part of the index finger was surgically removed.  The employee was not hospitalized.  There was no equipment involved.
