Ee reported ee's back feeling tense ee's entire shift. When ee moved a sample bag towards the end of ee's shift, ee felt a ""crack"" sensation. Went to break, felt ""warm sensation"" and couldn't move. Went back to work, pain got worse, reported. Cumulative tense feeling in back cumulative in nature.
