Narrative

IP was riding bus back to park at lark when bus turned corner from the mine entrance road and hit a hole causing IP to experience neck pain. IP was assessed by EMT and denied transport to clinic. Follow-up appt on 03.04.25 wrote ""avoid neck movements that cause pain"". Able to perform all normal duties at a slower pace.
