Ee lifted a pump weighing approximately 30lbs and carried it. Ee reports feeling a ""thud"" in ee's back and having back ""lock up"". Ee reported this to workers' comp on 3/10 and was seen at the clinic on 3/11. Diagnosed with sciatica and a strain, aggravating a pre-existing work related injury. Released with restrictions.
