IP (Helper) pinched LH middle finger while wearing impact gloves. Evaluated immediately after incident and given full RTW prior to following shift. On 03/12/2025 - IP had second evaluation while on days off - Noted ""no fracture identified"" - received second full RTW. On 03/29/2025 - IP wanted additional evaluation - evaluation indicated fracture in LH middle finger.
