Narrative

EE rolled left ankle while dismounting the Co. #402 roof bolting machine in the #5 entry due to an unseen 4""x4"" hole in the mine floor. EE reported the incident later in the shift and continued working. That night they sought medical attention and was diagnosed with a sprained ankle. EE was fully released to work on 02/12/2025.
