While operating a scoop, the employee went through a curtain, tearing it down along the way. EE returned to re-hang the curtain that was torn down. Employee stepped up the ladder to finish hanging the curtain, mis stepped and fell backwards to the ground. As employee landed on the ground, EE snapped EE's neck and began to feel pain down EE's spine and right leg.
