EE putting out cones for shovel. Walking behind pickup driven by other EE. EE driving truck was backing up, did not see EE putting out cones, and they struck the EE on the left knee with the hitch. EE seen at clinic, xrays negative for fracture, diagnosed with a contusion, released to restricted duty that site can offer.
