Mine Tech Employee mentioned a ""twinge"" in their leg to a co-worker approximately 30 minutes prior to the end of their shift. About an hour after their shift, Employee reports the pain their leg had intensified to the point that they could barely walk, at which time they contacted their supervisor to report it.
