Narrative

EE walked beside the bolter in the bolted entry to throw cable out of the way.A rock fell from the rib 8' high measuring 16"" long by 2.5"" wide.The rock hit the EE on the left forearm then the left boot.When it struck EEs boot, the rock went through the top of the LaCross Metatarsal guard mining boot causing a laceration to the top of EEs foot around the toes.EE got 2 pins/sutures.
