EE was changing oil on forklift, reached for drain pan, felt pop in shoulder. EE was seen at ER, diagnosed with pain, referred to ortho. Seen at clinic following day, suspected rotator cuff tear, released with restrictions. EE reports previous surgery to this shoulder.
