EE stepped off a concrete pad (6"") and rolled right ankle on 5/13/2025. EE has worked with discomfort in it since then. EE wanted to be seen for the lingering pain on 6/24/2025 and was released to work with weight baring restrictions making this accident MSHA reportable.
