In St Leo Mains walking from loader to miner after getting a water bottle at #1-#0 crosscut 109 block the rib ""popped"" dislodging a softball sized projectile that struck them in the left side of the face resulting in contusions to left eyebrow and nose. No problems with equipment or compliance issues, training, or PPE.
