Full investigation not complete.  found victim on EE's back in front of a dump truck.  It can be seen that a jack had slipped from under the axel and the bumper of the truck came down on the victim side.   the victim was putting the left front tire on the truck.  The tire had been removed because the wheel bearing had to be replaced
