## Narrative

EE twisted knee while performing maintenance work on a screen (no report filed at this time. A couple days later, EE felt it ""pop"" again and was unable to get out of the loader due to the pain.  Incident was reported at this time and ee sought medical treatment. Was informed on 7/11 that EE had been put on work restrictions.
