Narrative

Employee had a pain in EE's right shoulder after working, EE was unsure what work task caused the injury. Over the span of two weeks the pain became worse, so EE sought medical treatment. On 7/11/25 we were informed the EE was Dx with a small rotator cuff tear. Reporting within 10 days.
