## Narrative

Unplanned roof fall discovered reportable on 1 North Haulage at 14 block at approximately 5:37 am. Fall primarily occurred in an adjacent crosscut and came out into the track haulage entry, continuing inby. Fall was approximately 25' long, 16' wide and 5' high. No problems with equipment or compliance issues, training or PPE.
