Employee was attempting to assist to move power center cars. Employee was walking into the track spur and slipped, tripped and fell over a piece of pipe. The cause of this incident was improper body mechanics. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules and regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
