## Narrative

Employee was helping to steady a machine pin while being struck with a hammer.  Employee was struck on the hand, which caused bruising and swelling.  Employee requested medical attention on the following day.  The clinic (Concentra) found a ""crushing"" injury to the hand, with a negative x-ray for fractures.  Employee was ice and ibuprofen, and a follow up for therapy/review.
