## Narrative

EE reports hoses being used in work area changes out to slightly heavier hoses. EE reports shoulder pain beginning over one month prior to seeking treatment. Reports pain in shoulder that was surgically repaired on 7/31/24, however they were released full duty effective 5/1/25. EE diagnosed with L shoulder pain due to cumulative trauma.
