Narrative

Employee stated they were installing an exhaust on a D10 dozer. Employee stated while looking up to watch what they were doing they felt some debris fall down on their sleeves, forehead and neck. Employee stated they felt discomfort in right eye when they got home to wash their face. Employee did seek medical treatment. Prescribed eye drops.
