## Narrative

EE was assisting with final seal prep cleaning the bottom with a shovel when a piece of rock fell from the top and struck their hand against the shovel handle, causing a laceration. Injury was not the result of a training or compliance issue. 7000-1 was initially filled out 5/12/25, but the ""Submit"" button was inadvertently not clicked, thus this late submission.
